Any item purchased on Homeperfect.com can be returned up to 30 days of receipt of the product. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. All products must be returned in 'AS NEW' condition - which requires the product to be in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition (unless product is deemed defective). The PRECIS 24” UNDERMOUNT SINGLE BOWL KITCHEN SINK offers clean lines and a compact single bowl design, making it the perfect solution for small spaces. This kitchen sink is made of SILGRANIT, a patented, certified granite composite material that is engineered to take on the toughest kitchen tasks.
