Any item purchased on Homeperfect.com can be returned up to 30 days of receipt of the product. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. The PRECIS 27” SINGLE BOWL UNDERMOUNT KITCHEN SINK offers clean lines and a simple but spacious single bowl design. This kitchen sink is made of SILGRANIT, a patented, certified granite composite material that is engineered to take on the toughest kitchen tasks. SILGRANIT is heat, scratch, stain, chip and impact resistant, making it stronger and more durable than other sink materials.
