Auxiliary latch deadlocks latch bolt Continuous turn of key outside retracts both latch and deadbolt. Optional solid latch bolt is available with this lock Caution should be used to ensure that the electric strike being used properly engages the latch mechanism while depressing the auxiliary latch. A full dummy trim with an active spindle is recommended for use with this lock
