Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged and collected on all orders shipping within New York State. There is no sales tax charged on orders shipping outside of New York State.

Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer these simple shipping solutions to accommodate our customers and reduce the amount of shipping charges as much as possible.

  • Faucets, Kitchen Sinks and Accessories over $149.99 are qualified to ship FREE via ground UPS or FedEx.
  • Orders and items that can ship via ground (UPS or FedEx) totaling $1,999 or more ship FREE.
  • All other items that can ship via ground (USPS, UPS or FedEx) will include a standard shipping charge of $8.95.
  • All Vanities now are shipping FREE!!
  • Items that require special handling or freight delivery (not capable of shipping via ground) charges will be quoted on a per order basis and/or listed below. Charges are applied on a per item basis unless prior arrangements are made via our Sales Advisors.
  • Maximum freight charged on any order is $300.
  • For most orders delivered via Ground delivery, our carriers will make 3 delivery attempts (only one per day). If you are not home, the carrier will leave a DOOR TAG with the contact information on every attempt.

    If you do not respond to the carrier, they will bring the order back to the terminal where they will hold the package for an additional two or three days. Customers will be responsible for return freight costs if the carrier is not able to deliver their order or if the customer is not able to receive the order from the terminal.     Shipping items and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and the US Virgin Islands are quoted on a per order basis. Please call for the most accurate information. We will be happy to assist shipping to those destinations where possible.

    If you choose to take advantage of our free shipping and your order contains multiple items, we will group your items into as few shipments as possible. You may also opt for your merchandise to be shipped as soon as it becomes available (applicable S&H charges apply for each additional shipment). Your order can be shipped to your billing address or an alternate address such as a place of business. Shipping to multiple addresses is also possible, but please contact a Product Advisor to arrange this (again, applicable S&H charges apply for each additional shipment). Items currently in stock usually ship within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are shown in the item description when available. Special orders or items shipping via truck may take as long as 4-6 weeks for delivery. If an item(s) is not shipped via ground, it is the customer's responsibility to have the item removed from the truck. Lift gates and inside delivery are available at an additional charge(s). Lift gate delivery lowers the freight from the tail of the trailer to the ground and leaves it at the curb. Inside delivery brings the freight from the ground to inside the front door or inside the garage.

    Delivery Inspection & Refusal

    Please inspect your delivery thoroughly before signing any acceptance documents. Should your order appear damaged upon delivery, please refuse the damaged item. You must email returns@homeperfect.com immediately to expedite a resolution within 48 hours. Delivery refusals for reasons other than freight damage will subject the customer to restocking fees and freight charges. Customers who delay delivery for motor freight items will be subjected to daily storage fees by the freight company. If you sign for your order and it is damaged, we will not be able to accept your return.

    Cancellation Policy

    Please email our customer service team at cancellations@homeperfect.com if you would like to cancel your order. If you would like to make a change to your order, please email orderstatus@homeperfec.com . Because cancellations and changes are time-sensitive, please email us as soon as possible to alert us to the situation. A member of our Service Team will send you an email confirming your cancelled order. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR CANCELLATION, YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED! Please allow us sufficient time to check with our suppliers, distributors and factories to see if the order is able to be cancelled—shipments in transit qualify as non-cancellable.

    Return Policy

    Home Perfect will gladly accept returns within 30 days of original purchase provided the following criteria is met: Products eligible for a return must be in the original packaging with all of the accessories, parts and pamphlets included. Products have never been installed and the products, as well as the original box, must be in resalable condition. Please pack to insure safe delivery.

    Please Click Here to visit our RGA Page and enter a Return Request. Processing Return Requests may take up to 30 business days. You will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number and instructions regarding where your item should be returned will be emailed to the address you gave us when you placed your order. RGA numbers MUST accompany your return for credit to be issued. PLEASE NOTE: Credit will not be given for returns sent to our corporate office. ALL packages sent to our New York mailing address will be refused. Items returned without a RGA number will delay refunds.

    Freight Claims

    IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT FOR FREIGHT DAMAGE BEFORE YOU SIGN A DELIVERY RECEIPT! Freight damaged items MUST be noted on the Delivery Receipt and reported to us within 48 hours in order for a freight claim to be filed.

    PLEASE NOTE FREIGHT CLAIMS MAY TAKE UP TO 90 DAYS FOR RESOLUTION

    Home Perfect cannot be responsible for damages not noted on the delivery receipt or reported beyond the 48-hour grace period. Even boxes that arrive in pristine condition may have freight-damaged goods inside, so please be 100% certain there are no damages before signing the receipt.

    Please open the box, remove the packing and inspect the contents in front of the driver. You may refuse the damaged item, take partial delivery of any non-damaged items on the shipment, or accept delivery with specific notes of damage on the receipt. Then, email our Service Team immediately at orderstatus@homeperfect.com.

    If you have accepted delivery of hidden or concealed freight damaged items, we will do our best to assist you, however you are responsible for filing the claim with the shipping company. Getting credit from a freight carrier for concealed freight damage is unlikely so we encourage you to inspect your package thoroughly to avoid such a problem.

    Some carriers such as UPS and Fed-Ex may deliver your order when you are not at home. Please inspect for freight damage immediately. If you find any damage, call us within 48 hours of receipt so we can process a claim.

    For items that are defective, please call our Service Team for instructions. If an item is found to be defective after 48 hours of receiving it, or if an item has been installed, this becomes a warranty issue. Home Perfect (like most retailers) does not warranty any products, but most manufacturers provide warranties for the products we sell. All warranties which are provided by the manufacturer will be honored by the manufacturer. We will assist you with warranty claims with any manufacturer for items purchased through Home Perfect. We, as well as our manufacturers, want you to be satisfied with the products you purchased and we'll give our best effort to help you with defective product issues.

    Restocking Fees

    Please note our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your 30 Day General Return refund.

    Orders that are refused (for reasons other than damage, defect or vendor error) after shipping has been processed will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and for the round trip delivery costs. Please know our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Customers may also be billed for any re-delivery fees incurred as a result of missed delivery appointments. Returns within 48 hours due to defects, damages or vendor errors are not subjected to restocking fees. Please know our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

    Refund Policy

    We will notify you via email of your refund once the item has been received and inspected. We will do our best to refund you quickly, but please allow us and our distributors sufficient time to complete the return process. Credits can take approximately 21 business days, and will be posted to the original purchasing credit card account.
