Beautiful faucet, but drips (About the Hansgrohe Metris C 31073831)

I purchased this faucet in October 2011, but installed it lin February 2012. It is beautifully finished in polished nickel, but there is a drip of water forming on the head at all times. I am going to call HansGrohe and ask for replacement cartriges since I don't know if the hot or cold lever is at fault.
